What We Believe

1. The Authority of Scripture

We affirm the Bible as God's inspired and infallible Word, fully authoritative and trustworthy in all matters it addresses. As the divinely authored revelation of God's truth, it serves as our final authority in matters of faith, doctrine, and practice. Through the Holy Spirit's illumination, Scripture transforms our minds, shapes our worldview, and directs our steps in following Christ (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Psalm 119:105).

2. The Triune God

We believe in one eternal, infinite, and unchangeable God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This triune God is the Creator of all things, perfect in holiness, unlimited in power, and overflowing with love and grace. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, equal in power and glory, yet distinct in role and relationship (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

3. Jesus Christ

We confess Jesus Christ as the eternal Son of God, fully divine and fully human. Through His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death, and triumphant resurrection, He accomplished salvation for all who believe. We anticipate His glorious return to establish His eternal Kingdom in fullness. Jesus stands as the sole mediator between God and humanity, the perfect revelation of God's nature and character (John 1:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Hebrews 4:15).

4. The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit dwells within every genuine believer, serving as the seal of salvation and the power for godly living. The Spirit baptizes believers into Christ's body, empowers them for ministry, and equips them with spiritual gifts for the Church's edification. Through His ongoing work, believers are progressively transformed into Christ's image and enabled to fulfill their divine calling (Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:7-11; Romans 8:9).

5. Salvation by Grace

Salvation comes solely as God's gift of grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. While not earned through human effort, genuine salvation inevitably results in a transformed life that reflects God's love and holiness. This salvation includes justification, sanctification, and ultimate glorification in Christ. The gospel's power brings complete redemption—spiritual, moral, and eventually physical (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10; Titus 3:5).

6. The Church

The Church is Christ's body on earth, called to worship God in Spirit and truth, nurture believers in faith, and fulfill His mission to the world. As a spiritual family, we are united in Christ, empowered by the Spirit, and commissioned to make disciples of all nations. The Church serves as God's primary instrument for displaying His wisdom and extending His Kingdom (Ephesians 4:4-6; Acts 2:42-47; 1 Peter 2:9).

7. The Two Sacred Sacraments

We observe and celebrate two sacred sacraments instituted by Christ as channels of His grace and power in the life of believers:

Baptism in Water

Baptism is a bold step of obedience and a powerful declaration of spiritual truth. It's more than a symbol; it's a proclamation of our allegiance to Jesus and His ultimate victory over the powers of darkness. When we are baptized, we identify with Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection (Romans 6:3-4), proclaiming that sin and death no longer have power over us.

Through baptism, we experience the cleansing and renewal that only Christ can provide (1 Peter 3:21; Hebrews 10:22). It is an act of spiritual warfare—a visible declaration that we belong to Jesus, walking in His authority and triumph. As He commanded us, we baptize in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19), celebrating the new life and freedom we have in Him.

The Lord's Table

The Lord's Table (Communion) stands as a sacred feast where believers remember Christ's sacrifice and proclaim His death until His return (1 Corinthians 11:23-26). The bread and cup symbolize His body broken and blood shed for our redemption (Luke 22:19-20). While not holding to Christ's physical presence in the elements, we affirm His spiritual presence through the Holy Spirit as we partake in faith. This holy sacrament strengthens our unity in Christ and renews our commitment to His lordship (1 Corinthians 10:16-17).

8. Spirit-Empowered Living

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct and empowering experience for all believers. This spiritual empowerment produces holiness, boldness in witness, and the manifestation of spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church. Through Spirit-filled living, believers experience the supernatural power of God for ministry and Christian living (Acts 2:4; Galatians 5:22-23).

9. Biblical Marriage and Sexuality

We affirm God's design for marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, reflecting Christ's relationship with His Church. We believe that all people are created in God's image with inherent dignity and worth, and we are called to live lives of sexual purity and holiness as temples of the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:27; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:31-32).

10.The Return of Christ and Final Judgment

We eagerly anticipate the visible and glorious return of Jesus Christ to establish His eternal Kingdom and execute final judgment (Matthew 24:30). At His return, there will be a bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost. The redeemed will experience eternal life in God's presence, while those who reject Christ will face eternal separation from Him in conscious punishment. The devil, his angels, the beast, and the false prophet, along with all whose names are not found written in the Lamb's Book of Life, will be consigned to everlasting punishment in the lake of fire, which is the second death (Revelation 19:20; 20:10-15). This blessed hope compels us to live with expectancy and faithfulness until the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13; Revelation 22:12), while the reality of final judgment moves us to proclaim the Gospel with urgency and compassion, knowing that salvation is found in Christ alone.

11. Revival and Mission

We are devoted to revival—a transformative movement of God's Spirit that awakens faith, transforms lives, and advances His Kingdom. Our passion for revival manifests through persistent prayer, expectant worship, bold proclamation of truth, compassionate ministry, and intentional discipleship. We believe revival is not merely an event but a lifestyle of seeking God's presence and participating in His redemptive work in the world (Acts 2:42-47; Romans 10:14-15).
